We are delighted to be partnering with a leading business who provide bespoke building energy management systems (BMS, BEMS). Their expertise covers all areas of installation in retail outlets, local authorities, office blocks, factories, schools, listed buildings, local health authorities, libraries, pharmaceutical, leisure centres and swimming pools.

As a result of continued growth and investment, they now require a commercially astute, Prince 2 qualified Project Manager to lead in the delivery of projects from initial instruction, engineering management, R&D through to project handover and post completion support.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for all technical aspects of the project team, including all personnel and external stakeholders.
• Managing a team of 8 Project Engineers to ensure projects are designed, installed and commissioned to time, to spec, to cost and safely.
• Managing product and process development activities in line with company and customer requirements.
• Ensure compliance is in line with associated industry/ customer specific standards.
• Leading on all innovative product and control improvements for the business.
• Overseeing day to day project activities whilst working in collaboration with other departments.
• Ensuring services are delivered to customers in line with cost, quality and time targets.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Prince 2 qualified.
• Experience of project delivery from concept through to delivery.
• BMS commissioning experience is essential.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Full UK Driving licence.
