CLIENT SERVICE ADVISOR – HYBRID WORKING

Our West Yorkshire based client within the property sector is expanding its workforce and now require a Client Service Advisor to convert referrals into qualified instructions.

We are keen to speak with professional, customer focused candidates who demonstrate experience within a telephone-based role that has involved sales whether that be direct sales or cross selling and upselling within the property sector. Our client has stressed that candidates will NOT be cold calling.

Hours of work Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

CLIENT SERVICE ADVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Converting referrals passed on by Estate Agents by making outbound calls and discussing the companies service
  • Maintaining a list of potential warm leads and follow up on these leads
  • Providing quotations
  • Promoting the company by discussing the benefits of using their service
  • Manage client correspondence or feedback
  • Accurately enter client information on to the in-house systems
  • Other general administration

CLIENT SERVICE ADVISOR PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to promote company services
  • Self-motivated and ability to use initiative
  • Experience working within a professional, office environment
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Team Player
