The role would suit candidates who demonstrate strong customer care skills coupled with the ability to work as part of the wider team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. IT literacy and a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge is also a must!

  • To process customer orders through the supply chain from receipt of order to the customer proof of delivery (POD’s).
  • To co-ordinate collection & delivery times.
  • To check & advise availability issues contained on vehicle collection sheets.
  • Reschedule as appropriate to minimise lost sales & communicate to factory warehouse teams.
  • To manage deliveries ensuring cost is recorded and best price is always achieved.
  • Lead investigations regarding invoice and delivery issues ensuring concerns are dealt with.
  • Liaise daily with customer supply chains on product availability and resolve any potential issues
  • Daily meetings with planning teams ensuring any customer shortages and delivery dates are communicated.
  • To prepare documentation for customer export orders
  • To assist in reporting all Customer Service Levels weekly to Senior Management
  • To ensure that both manual & electronic records are processed & maintained using efficient administration & filing systems.
  • Updating and controlling customer service reports
