FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

An exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business. Our client is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team based in Normanton.

The successful candidate will be working in the after-sales support operation, with the objective of supporting engineers, retailers, and clients.

FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide customer support for end users, retailers and distributors of group products sold in France and Europe.
  • Provide support to service providers and engineers in regard to repairs on products.
  • Ordering of spare parts.
  • Monitor back orders to ensure there are no delays in repairing products
  • Liaise with Warehouse staff to ensure deliveries are carried out when requested.
  • Assist with internal projects when required
  • Generate service calls on in house system

FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR JOB SPECIFICATION 

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to work effectively with others at all levels.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Team player.
