HR ADMINISTRATOR – 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT – 30 HOURS A WEEK
JS Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global manufacturer based near Pontefract. They now require a HR Administrator to support the HR Manager. The HR Administrator support the HR function across the business, assisting with policy administration, employee relations and the collation of payroll information.
The ideal candidate will be level 3 CIPD qualified and comfortable undertaking HR administration duties as well as providing first line HR advice.
·Provide advice, disciplinary note taking support and guidance to key stakeholders
·Update and maintain HR systems updated accurately
·Support with payroll and policy administration
·Other generalist HR duties as required
·Experience working within Human Resources
·HR knowledge and ability to provide first line advice or seek the correct information as required
·Level 3 CIPD qualification or above
·Excellent communication and relationship building skills
·Well organised and able to work to tight deadlines
