HR MANAGER ROLE PROFILE
Our client, a growing SME business on the outskirts of Pontefract, who boast an excellent reputation along with an impressive client base, now require a HR Manager to join their well-established business.
This is a pivotal role to the organisation to support the Directors with company growth whilst continuing to drive positive change.
We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate a good level of HR generalist knowledge and experience. This opportunity would suit candidates who enjoy “rolling their sleeves up” and “getting stuck in” whilst being able to engage effectively with a varied workforce in a hands on, fast paced role.

HR MANAGER PERSON SPECIFICATION
- HR generalist experience as a HR Manager
- CIPD Level 3 or above would be advantageous
- Sound knowledge and ability to execute and apply HR principles
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Pro-active approach and solutions orientated
- Calm nature with the ability to positively influence others
- Professional and respects confidentiality
- Full UK driving licence
