We are looking for a customer focused Account Manager to manage a high spending key account with our reputable client, based at their manufacturing site in Knottingley, Pontefract.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – RESPONSIBILIITIES:
- Manage a high spending key account
- Provide quotations and process customer orders
- Communicate and liaise with customers
- Prepare export documentation for overseas shipments
- Monitor stock and liaise with production planning
- Raise and distribute all invoices
- Chase overdue payments and monitor credit limits
- Create and monitor customer forecasts
- Manage customer returns
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience in a similar role managing a large account
- Professional communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Commercially aware
- Excellent IT Skills – competent in MS Office
