Legal PA Job ref:

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 p.a.

An award-winning law firm based in Huddersfield are looking to recruit a Legal PA to join their team on a full-time permanent basis due to a period of continued growth.
The successful candidate will join an experienced team, working alongside the Partner and Head of Commercial Property.

THE JOB:

  • To prepare correspondence and documents through digital dictation and word processing
  • Update the case management system
  • Handle client telephone calls and enquiries
  • Support the Partner and Head of Commercial Property
  • To make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary for the team
  • Deal with incoming emails and post
  • Update the new enquiries database

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
* Commercial Property experience is essential
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong IT including good typing skills
* Ability to work as part of a team with a can-do attitude
