On Offer is a competitive basic salary, £250 gross bonus on completion of probation, staff shop, onsite gym, company pension, reward scheme and a yearly attendance bonus.

MULTI SKILLED ENGINEER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Electrical work in the main, however you will be asked to assist with mechanical tasks from time to time (75% Electrical – 25% Mechanical)
• Maintain all machinery to the standard expected within a food environment.
• Continuous improvement of all production/packaging machinery.
• Electrical control fault-finding.
• Decrease down time and increase productivity; by providing reactive and planned preventative maintenance and assisting with project work.
• Reactive/Breakdown maintenance – Due to the nature of the business the work loads are split between breakdown maintenance (and covering production) 50%, planned preventative maintenance 30% and project work 20%.

MULTI SKILLED ENGINEER REQUIREMENTS

• ONC level 3 Minimum qualified in electrical engineering/electrical installation.
• Previous Food Manufacturing Experience preferred but not essential.
• Qualified in IEE 17^th/18^th Edition Electrical Regulations preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to use initiative and work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Good IT Skills.
