The role:

The Internal Recruitment Officer will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing and placing top talent to join the organisation. Working closely with the HR department and line managers, you’ll deliver and administrate an effective and efficient recruitment process. This will include advertising jobs, reviewing CVs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, sending correspondence and assisting the HR team with onboarding of new starters.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in internal recruitment or HR
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, able to screen candidates effectively
• Highly organised and able to priortise workload
• Computer literate – competent in MS Office
