REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – COMMERCIAL BOILERS – GENEROUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Our client is a leading business and specialist in the Commercial Boiler sector. They have ambitious growth plans and now require a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales in the North of England.
We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate proven sales and relationship management experience within the Commercial Boiler or Industrial Heating or Hot Water arena with a natural flair for technical, solutions led sales.
On offer is a competitive basic salary (negotiable DOE), market leading uncapped commission structure, fully expensed company vehicle or car allowance and excellent career prospects!
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The perfect individual for this role needs to be self-motivated, conscientious, and technically minded, with the following experience:
- Commercial and/or industrial heating/hot water experience is essential
- Sales management
- Negotiation
- Consultant led business development
- Site/Project evaluation
- Supporting customers with development of large scale/value projects
- Time management/Meeting strict deadlines
- SAP CRM and quoting systems (or similar)
- Microsoft office documents: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc
- Analysing sales data
- Report generation
