Our client is a leading business who supply industry leading products to a wide range of customers across the UK. They have ambitious growth plans and now require a Customer Support Coordinator to work alongside the Sales Support Delivery Manager whilst closely supporting the sales team and other internal functions.

The role would suit candidates who demonstrate strong customer care and administrative skills along with experience in an office environment. Excellent time management and attention to detail is also a key requirement.
On offer is a generous basic salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension, private medical care option, onsite parking.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing of capital goods orders/sales orders.
- Processing of sales orders and purchase orders within the company system
- Act as an integral link between internal stakeholders, key suppliers and customers ensuring a first-class customer service.
- Aid customers in identifying the correct part required and manage end-to-end process of spares supply to customers.
- Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved and requirements are met.
- Liaising with suppliers on deliveries and lead times.
- Other administrative duties as required
