Our client is leading business who operate in the UK and Internationally, they are renowned for service excellence whilst also being a great employer! They now require Scheduling Officer to join their established team in a busy office environment in Doncaster.

The purpose of the position is to manage the scheduling of assessment visits and act as a point of contact for customers.


The role would suit candidates with experience working in a fast-paced office environment in a coordination, administration or customer service capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Schedule assessment visits
  • Liaise with employers and providers
  • Deal with queries relating to visits/bookings
  • Ensure diaries are kept up to date
  • Run, review and amend reports
  • Provide general office support


PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good geographical knowledge would be helpful in this role
