JS Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a leading construction business that offer fully integrated solutions covering the whole building lifecycle. They Facilities Management services team in Yorkshire are growing and they now require a Team Leader to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a customer service/ administrative team who provide maintenance and facilities management support to client.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
- To lead a team of customer support and administrative staff ensuring service level agreements and high levels of customer service are adhered to
- Actively monitor and review performance
- To plan and manage resource within the team
- To continuously improve internal processes
- Monitor and review contracts to ensure deadlines are being met
- To contribute o staff training
- Improve performance and promote best practice
- To be clients first point of contact
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Team leader/ supervisory experience within a fast paced environment
- Experience of performance managing a team
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Commitment towards professional development
- Ideal experience would be from the maintenance industry
