I recently worked with JS Recruitment when we were looking for a new Food & Beverage Manager at Farmer Copleys. My experience of their approach and commitment to the project has been very positive and I would definitely consider using their services again if the need arose. Jilly really listened to what we were looking for but also what we did not want rather than just looking at a skills checklist. She took time to really understand the business and the demands of the role so she could identify the right type of manager for the business. Communication was positive and regular without being a time thief and if there was no progress to share then open honest updates were given.
