Your background in construction administration will be essential to supporting contracts and site managers, keeping documentation in order and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

As Projects Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
✔️ Organising and maintaining project documentation (digital and paper)
✔️ Preparing and distributing site folders with all required compliance documentation
✔️ Supporting contracts and site managers with enquiries via phone and email
✔️ Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track
✔️ Managing company contracts, purchases, and key project records
✔️ Uploading and updating workloads on company systems, ensuring clear communication

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven administration experience within the construction sector – essential
✅ Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
✅ Confident user of Microsoft Office and office systems
✅ Proactive, solution-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong communicator and collaborative team player
