JS Recruitment collaborated with Highfield to streamline processes, adopt new ways of working and leverage technology.

This involved introducing an online candidate tracking system, operating an open diary for interviews and shortening the selection phase of the recruitment process.


Highfield benefitted from a more efficient recruitment process.

Average time to fill job vacancies reduced  from 45 days to less than 30 days.

Average fill rate increased from 30% to 71%.
