An established service provider is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Wakefield. The company work with a portfolio of long-standing clients including major multiple retailers, leading manufacturers and public sector organisations.

The Job

Duties:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to onboard new customers
• Act as a main point of contact for customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Create customer account plans
• Identify, develop and explore opportunities to grow accounts
• Negotiate and agree prices
• Manage the renewal process and retain customers
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Monthly reporting
• Visit customers as required

What You’ll Need

• Experience as an Account Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, Sales Executive or similar
• Background in the service sector
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Desire to develop and grow professionally
• Motivated and driven to succeed
• Computer literate – proficient in MS Office and able to pick up new systems quickly
• Full UK Driving Licence
