They are now looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to manage and grow an established client base, develop new relationships and deliver exceptional service during every stage of the customer journey.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers
• Develop and grow customer accounts
• Ensure customers receive excellent customer service
• Handle inbound enquiries from existing customers
• Negotiate pricing and raise sales orders
• Convert new customers to spend and existing customers to spend more
• Contact prospective customers to promote products
• Revive dormant customer accounts

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Proven background in Account Management and Business Development
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, fast moving environment
• Team orientated
• Computer literate – MS Office (intermediate Excel)
