Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will spearhead the development and cultivation of a robust continuous improvement culture throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in delivering the site’s master schedule
- Assist in implementing the company’s strategic objectives
- Lead, coach, and mentor colleagues in LEAN manufacturing principles
- Provide visible support during project launches and trials, ensuring standardized approaches
- Manage multiple projects aimed at On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery of objectives
- Effectively communicate ideas and opinions across the organization
- Address learning and development needs comprehensively
- Manage stakeholder expectations with finesse
- Showcase best practices to reinforce learning and maintain high standards across the site
Requirements:
- Background in manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
- Demonstrable track record of applying lean tools and techniques, supported by project examples
- Ideally certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or a willingness to pursue certification
- Strong IT acumen, particularly in data analysis and visualisation
- Excellent documentation skills including SOPs and report writing
- Genuine enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability to influence and inspire others towards achieving common goals
- Unwavering drive and motivation to excel in a dynamic environment
